This project is a rehabilitated building site that is located at San Francisco, California. Our main objective is developing a new exterior color scheme, remodeling current floor plan layout to be ada compliant in the typical units and business area, and designing a more modern look. My responsibilities were to select color schemes for the exterior building, modifying the common area restrooms to be ada compliant, and developing a model presentation of the bathrooms for presentation purposes.
