SANTA ANA MULTIFAMILY

This project consist of designing a multifamily unit located in Santa Ana across from the main train station. The building is constructed as a Type I and V structure. The project consists of 64 residential unit mix of studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, and live and work. This project also consist of 50,000 sq ft of retail and commercial space that will be utilized by the public around the area. A promenade with adjacent partner building is considered and utilized for the design.
