This project is a rehabilitated building site that is located at Watsonville, California. Our main objective is developing a new exterior color scheme to the residential units, remodeling the floor plan layout to be ADA compliant, and constructing a new community building for the tenants. My responsibilities were to select color schemes for both the residential units and community building and develop a construction model of the newly designed community building.
