This project entails an expansion to the kitchen, living, dining and  primary bedroom suite. The project also includes a new bike storage,  nook and foyer area.  I was responsible for drafting the construction  documentation for permit set. I also conducted square footage  studies and kitchen layout analysis studies of the space.
